Clearwater and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (October 19, 2021) – Berkadia announces it has secured a $24 million bridge loan to refinance a 269,843-square-foot office portfolio in Clearwater and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The three-property portfolio consists of Arbor Shoreline and Countryside Corporate Centre, both in Clearwater, and Galleria Corporate Center in Fort Lauderdale.
Managing Director Rebecca Van Reken and Associate Director Alec Fox of Berkadia Orlando secured the financing on behalf of Grove Gate Financial, a private real estate investment company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The fixed-rate bridge loan recapitalized the 46 percent leased portfolio and provided future funding for ongoing lease-up costs.

This strategy has paid off in the form of leasing activity – since the beginning of the pandemic they’ve signed over a dozen leases.”
Located at 19321 US Highway 19 North, Arbor Shoreline is centrally located in the heart of the Bayside submarket and is highly convenient to attractive residential areas and the Tampa International Airport.
