SAN DIEGO, CA– September 24, 2021 – Berkadia announced today the sale of El Colibri Hotel & Spa, a 34-key coastal boutique hotel in Cambria, California. Managing Director Scott Hall and Senior Director Aaron Lapping of Berkadia San Diego led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Aliso Viejo-based Pacifica Hotels.

The property was sold to San Diego-based Pacifica Companies.

The hotel boasts a prime location along the Central Coast, proximate to dozens of local boutiques, the famous Hearst Castle, and Paso Robles Wine Country.
