Senior Directors Nick Steele and John Laratta and Associate Directors Tyler King and Nate Moyer of Berkadia’s Denver office completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Nevada-based Terra Development Group. The buyer was California-based Hamilton Zanze & Company.
“This transaction is a significant one for Northern Colorado. It is the largest sale ever in Northern Colorado and really puts Fort Collins on the map,” said Steele. “The Wyatt is a best-in-class asset. We had bidders from around the country who were attracted to the quality of the asset and the Fort Collins market.”
Located at 4701 Strauss Cabin Road, The Wyatt features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers and private patios or balconies. Community amenities include a clubhouse, a fitness center, a swimming pool, a dog park and a nature trail.
