ATLANTA – January 29, 2018 – Berkadia today announced the $20.7 million sale of Woodgate Apartments, a multifamily property in Atlanta, Georgia. Managing Director Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays, along with Senior Director Judy MacManus and Director Matt White of Berkadia’s Atlanta office secured the deal on behalf of the seller, HandyTrac Systems, based in Georgia. The buyer was Atlanta-based Marquis Investments.
