Wilshire Unlimited Enters Vegas Market With $21M Buy | Multi-Housing News 

LAS VEGAS – June 14, 2018 – Berkadia today announced the sale of Sandpebble Village, a multifamily garden-style property in Las Vegas. Managing Director Brian Anderson and Senior Director Angela Powers of Berkadia’s Las Vegas office completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Sandpebble Apartment, LLC. The buyer was California-based Wilshire Unlimited, LLC, and the deal closed on May 18.

“The property provided a value-add opportunity with substantial deferred maintenance, including 16 down units, representing a tremendous upside for the buyer,” said Powers.

Located at 4480 Sirius Ave., the 280-unit property was built in 1980 and offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 737 square-feet with walk-in closets and private balconies or patios. Community amenities include covered parking, a swimming pool and a tennis court. Residents are located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and have easy access to Interstate Route 15.
