TUCSON, Ariz. – July 9, 2018 – Berkadia today announced $37.43 million in combined sales for Casas Lindas Apartment Homes and Springhill Apartment Homes, two multifamily garden-style properties located in Tucson, Arizona. Senior Managing Director Art Wadlund and Director Clint Wadlund represented both the seller, California-based MG Properties, and the buyer, Arizona-based HSL Properties, Inc. The deals closed on June 28.

Casas Lindas Apartment Homes sold for $17.65 million and is located at 699 W. Magee Road. The property features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with in-unit washers and dryers, wood burning fireplaces and patios or balconies. Residents have access to a basketball court, a pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse and covered parking.

Located at 8030 E. Lakeside Parkway, Springhill Apartment Homes sold for $19.78 million and offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans with oversized closets, ceiling fans, full size washers and dryers and balconies. Residents are within walking distance of Lakeside Park and have access to a fitness facility, covered parking, a pool and community barbeque grills.
