SEATTLE – February 16, 2022 – Berkadia announced today the sale of Skyview 3322, a 192-unit garden-style multifamily property located in Kent, Washington. Senior Managing Director Kenny Dudunakis, Senior Directors David Sorensen and Ben Johnson and Associate Director George Pallis of Berkadia Seattle completed the $66.1 million sale on behalf of the buyer, California-based ColRich, and the seller, a private Los Angeles owner. The deal closed on January 31.
