Managing Director Alex Blagojevich and Director Chris Bruzas of Berkadia’s Chicago office completed the sale on behalf of the buyer, Indianapolis-based Barratt Asset Management, and the seller, Ann Arbor, Michigan-based The McKinley Companies. The deal closed on December 19.
