Managing Director Mark Boyce and Associate Director Blake Coffey of Berkadia’s Charleston, South Carolina office along with Senior Managing Directors Andrew Mays and Paul Vetter of the Atlanta office led the transaction on behalf of the New York-based Seller. Senior Managing Director Richard Levine of Berkadia’s Atlanta team arranged the financing on behalf of the Buyer. The deal closed on March 5.
