TAMPA, Fla. – July 6, 2022 – Berkadia announced today the sale of Grand Pavilion, a 264-unit multifamily property located in Tampa, Florida. Senior Managing Director Jason Stanton of Berkadia Tampa completed the sale on behalf of the seller, California-based Praxis Capital. The buyer was Utah-based Bridge Investment Group, and the deal closed on June 30.
