ORLANDO, Fla. — March 17, 2022 — Berkadia announced today the sale of The Oasis and The Boulevard, two garden-style multifamily properties located in Daytona Beach, Florida. Senior Managing Director Cole Whitaker, Director Mary Beale and Associate Director Lauren Gassie of Berkadia Orlando completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Pennsylvania-based GoldOller Real Estate Investments. The deals closed on February 28.

The Boulevard is located at 1757 S Clyde Morris Blvd. The 96-unit property features two-bedroom floor plans with varying levels of interior renovations including stainless steel appliances, faux-wood vinyl flooring and subway tile backsplash. The Oasis is located at 1250 Woodcrest Drive. The 119-unit property features one-bedroom floor plans with the same renovation levels as The Boulevard, as well as gas stoves. Community amenities include a swimming pool with a hot tub and a fitness center.
