SUN VALLEY, Idaho – April 2, 2019 – Berkadia recently hosted top multifamily clients from across the country at its fifth annual Sun Valley Apartment Conference, held in March in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Located at the Sun Valley Lodge, the educational and entertaining event was led and organized by Berkadia Senior Managing Director and Idaho native Kenny Dudunakis. The first night featured a panel of economists discussing the current real estate market. On the second day, ski champions Reggie and Zach Crist shared stories and highlights from their extreme heli-skiing during a Q&A session.

“I love doing this event with my Berkadia team, and as always, this year was an excellent opportunity to bring clients together and share information about the industry, as well as to share the beauty of Sun Valley,” said Dudunakis. “I like to think of it as the ‘Allen & Company Conference of Real Estate.’”

The Sun Valley Conference began several years ago when Berkadia invited a small group of clients to discuss the commercial real estate industry and has since grown over the years as client interest has increased. The 125 conference attendees represented over $50 billion in apartment real estate, including apartment REITs, syndicators, pension fund advisors, apartment developers and private investors.
