Berkadia Secures Combines $21M in Financing for Two Hotel Properties | Hotel Business 

PHOENIX – July 2, 2018 – Berkadia today announced $21 million in combined financing for Hampton Inn West Dodge located in Omaha, Nebraska and Embassy Suites in Tucson, Arizona. Director Adrienne Kautzman of Berkadia’s Phoenix office secured the financing for the two hotel properties managed by Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group out of Provo, Utah.

“With two great lending partners, we secured fantastic long-term non-recourse financings,” said Kautzman. “We were able to lock in a fixed rate in the high fours, allowing our client to reduce their interest costs.”

For the 120-room Embassy Suites, Berkadia secured $14 million in permanent financing. The full-service hospitality property is located in the Paloma Village of Tucson, Arizona at 3110 E. Skyline Drive and provides convenient access to the hiking trails in the Santa Catalina Mountains, downtown Tucson and Saguaro National Park.

Hampton Inn West Dodge received $7 million in permanent financing. The limited-service hospitality property is located at 11201 Davenport St. in Omaha, Nebraska, affording convenient access to TD Ameritrade Park and the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium.
