Berkadia Adds Three Investment Advisors to Hotels & Hospitality Platform 

MIAMI, FL – August 9, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Senior Managing Directors Christian Charre and Paul Weimer and Managing Director Natalie Castillo to the Hotels & Hospitality platform. Charre, Weimer, and Castillo, who are joining Berkadia from CBRE Hotels, will be based in Miami. They will report to Senior Managing Director – Head of Hotels & Hospitality Andy Wimsatt. They joined Berkadia on August 7.

Charre and Weimer each served as Executive Vice President with CBRE, focusing on serving owners and investors in Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Prior to CBRE, they were both a part of The Charre Group where they earned a reputation as a trusted real estate investment banking firm and advisor dedicated to the lodging industry in Florida and the Caribbean.

Castillo served as a Senior Vice President with CBRE, specializing in investment sales of select-service and extended-stay hotels in Florida and throughout the Sunbelt.

Berkadia’s three new senior additions to the Hotels & Hospitality platform build on the momentum of last month’s hiring of Andy Wimsatt, who joined Berkadia from Eastdil Secured.
