Berkadia Adds Investment Sales Team in Boise, Idaho

Boise, ID – January 6, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Senior Managing Director Clay Anderson and Director Spencer Hansen to the investment sales platform in Boise, Idaho. They will report to SVP and Deputy Head of Investment Sales Mike Miner.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Anderson was a Partner at Colliers, where he was involved in over $2.1 billion in commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in multifamily as well as other asset classes including retail, office building, mobile-home parks and net-leased investments.

Hansen also joins Berkadia from Colliers, where he’s been involved in over $650 million in multifamily transactions ranging in scale from institutional to smaller privately-owned assets.

Anderson received his bachelor’s degree from University of Alaska-Anchorage and his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Hansen received his bachelor’s degree and Master of Science from Brigham Young University.
