Berkadia Completes $70.54 Million Sale of Multifamily Property in Georgia
ATLANTA – October 11, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the sale of Grace Apartment Homes Roswell, a 396-unit garden-style multifamily property located in Roswell, Georgia. Senior Managing Directors Andrew Mays and Paul Vetter, Managing Directors Matt White and Judy MacManus, and Associate Director Ian Shaw of Berkadia Atlanta completed the $70.54 million sale on behalf of the seller, Georgia-based MSC Investment. The buyer was Washington-based RH Investment Management, and the deal closed on September 27.
“Through deep relationships with the Buyer, Lender, and Seller, we were able to reach an acceptable deal for all parties,” said Mays. “This avoided further distress on the asset”.
Located at 100 Chattahoochee Circle, Grace Apartment Homes Roswell features one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with in-unit washers and dryers and dishwashers. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, and a business center. Residents are afforded convenient access to Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, Cherokee Town & Country Club, and the shops and restaurants near Highway 9.
