Berkadia Negotiates $15.15 Million Multifamily Sale in Denver, Colorado
DENVER, CO – January 4, 2022 – Berkadia announced the sale of The Victor, a 26-unit mid-rise multifamily housing property in Denver, Colorado. Senior Director Nick Steele and Director Tyler King of Berkadia Denver Investment Sales led the transaction on behalf of the Colorado-based seller. The deal closed December 1.
The Victor sold for $15.15 million to a California-based buyer.
