Associate Director of Mortgage Banking - FHA/HUD
Blake Durham serves as a HUD/FHA loan originator in the Atlanta office. Blake joined Berkadia in January of 2018 with a focus on HUD underwriting and in 2020, transitioned from underwriting to mortgage banking. His knowledge of the MAP programs and underwriting background allows him to better serve his clients. Blake has been involved in over $1.6 billion in closed HUD transactions that include acquisitions, refinances, and new construction projects. These transactions range from market rate to affordable, including tax credits and government subsidies.
Blake was born and raised in Alpharetta, GA. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Finance. Immediately after graduation, he began his career in multifamily. In his spare time, Blake likes to go to Braves games, spend quality time with friends and family as well as travel.
