Boyd Oliver joins Berkadia from JP Morgan Chase where he spent the last ten years working in their commercial real estate term lending group. He resided in San Diego for the past six years, originating small balance multifamily term loans for the bank. Since 2015, Boyd and his team achieved over $2 billion in loan production.
