Managing Director of Mortgage Banking
Brad Williamson is a Managing Director at Berkadia in Miami, Florida, where he provides complex capital solutions for a variety of asset classes. He has over 15 years of experience working with institutional and private investors, and an in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate fundamentals. He has successfully underwritten, structured and closed close to $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions consisting of both debt and equity during the course of his career.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Brad served as Director of Acquisitions at Tate Capital, a private real estate investment firm that invests in distressed and opportunistic real estate ventures throughout the United States. Brad started his career as a real estate valuation analyst, and later Associate Director, for GE Capital Real Estate, where he structured, underwrote, and closed over $750 million of commercial real estate debt throughout the United States.
