Managing Director of Seniors Housing
Chris Cain is a Managing Director of Mortgage Banking based in Dallas, Texas. He has been with Berkadia in since April 2018 and is currently responsible for producing GSE Senior Housing loans. Prior to Berkadia, Mr. Cain served as Senior Vice President Commerce Bank in Dallas for 2 years where he started the Senior’s lending platform. Before joining Commerce, he served as Senior Vice President for BBVA in Dallas focused on development and term loans for the Senior’s space for 16 years.
Chris earned a BBA in Finance from University of Texas at Arlington.
Chris and his wife reside in Arlington, Texas. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling and competitive golf.
