Director of Investment Sales
Chris Tresp is a Director of Investment Sales in Berkadia’s Los Angeles office and specializes in multifamily investment and land sales as well equity placements for ground-up development throughout Southern California. Over the course of his career beginning in 2007, Chris has developed an intimate knowledge of the vast and complex commercial real estate landscapes across various Southern California markets, and a thorough understanding for all commercial real estate product types. His experience, extensive market knowledge, and deep-seeded relationships enable him to provide a distinct advantage to his clients.
Prior to joining Berkadia Institutional Solutions in 2023, Chris was a Vice President with CBRE from 2018-2023. Chris was previously a Director at Newmark from 2015-2018, as well as a previous stint at CBRE from 2013-2015.
