Dominick Ens is an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking in Chicago. Dominick joined Berkadia in October 2016 and worked as an analyst prior to becoming a Mortgage Banker. Dominick has worked on numerous transactions for various asset types and lenders including agency, life company, bank, and bridge financings. Through his time at Berkadia, Dominick has assisted clients in equity placement, acquisitions, and refinances, providing extensive insight to each phase of the transaction and process. Dominick has been involved in procuring over $4 billion in his time at Berkadia.

Dominick is married and enjoys spending his time with family, including two young children.
