Dontae joined Berkadia in December 2022 as the Regional Vice President of Production South sitting out of the Ambler, PA office. In this cross-functional role, Dontae will help drive collaboration across our various teams with a focus on “One Berkadia” by partnering with our production teams in the South – bankers, sales advisors, analysts and administrative support team members.
Dontae brings over 20 years of management and executive experience in the residential real estate and adjacent services industries. He joins us from Compass Real Estate, where he most recently served as Regional Vice President and led a 2000+ real estate agent salesforce. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of Affiliated Businesses at The Menkiti Group. Dontae has also served in key leadership roles at Long & Foster Real Estate, Century 21 and RE/MAX.
Dontae is a respected business leader who is known for building high performing and highly collaborative teams that get results. He enjoys mentoring, exercising, and listening to a wide variety of podcasts. Dontae is married, has two adult children and two dogs.
