Prior to moving to Austin in 2006, Mr. Deuillet was an active investment sales advisor in the Dallas/Fort Worth multifamily market for fourteen years. He began with Hendricks and Partners in 1998, which merged with Berkadia in 2012, providing not only multifamily investment sales but also commercial property mortgage brokerage services and primary servicing of GSE debt products.
