Associate Director of Mortgage Banking in Dallas, TX

Guy Griffith is responsible for overseeing the loan process and due diligence through closing for deals processed as well as the sourcing, preliminary analysis, underwriting, and marketing of each transaction. He has worked on a variety of financing structures and has a vast understanding of lending sources including all major life companies, CMBS, GSE’s, Regional/Local Banks, and various alternative funding sources.

Throughout his commercial real estate finance career, Mr. Griffith has underwritten and closed over $1.5 billion in transactions with various financial institutions. Guy resides in Dallas with his wife, Nicole, and enjoys golfing, hunting, and traveling in his spare time.
