Jack Alvarez joined Berkadia in October 2023 as Vice President – Originations. Based in the West, Jack is responsible for advising clients on financing options for multifamily properties with an emphasis on loans in the $1 million to $9 million range.
Throughout his career, he has worked on and been a part of more than $400 million in funded loan transactions. Prior to joining Berkadia, Jack worked as an Associate Director at Lument, where he was awarded 2021 Rookie of the Year.
Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
