Chicago Managing Director, Mortgage Banking
Jason Bond joined Berkadia as a Managing Director in the Chicago office specializing in debt and equity placement in 2020. He has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has completed over $4.8 million of debt and equity placement. Prior to joining Berkadia, Jason served as a Managing Director of the Chicago offices at JLL, which he joined as part of the organization’s acquisition of HFF. Prior to HFF, he worked for Deutsche Bank, Berkshire Mortgage where he specialized in multifamily agency financing as well as Wintrust and MB Financial Bank as a commercial real estate loan officer.
