Well-known and respected throughout the commercial real estate finance industry as a leading loan originator for over 30 years, Jeff Heath is a Managing Director with Berkadia’s Philadelphia Commercial Mortgage team and has originated transactions valued at more than $20 billion, drawing on well over 50 different internal and external capital sources.
Jeff’s wide-ranging experience has made him an expert on virtually every type of commercial loan - construction, interim, permanent mortgages, tax-free financing, participating mortgages, and equity investments – collaborating with an extensive list of institutions, including life insurance companies, banks, credit companies, investment banks, REITs and pension funds.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree at East Carolina University.
