Director of Mortgage Banking - FHA/HUD
Kathleen specializes in FHA loan originations and has over 10 years of real estate experience, including originating both market rate and affordable loans, underwriting analysis and deal management. Prior to joining Berkadia, Kathleen served as an Associate where she was responsible for HUD-loan originations nationwide with a focus on construction loans both market rate and affordable. She has experience in multiple affordable housing programs including both 9% and 4% LIHTC, Section 8 Housing, Project Based Rental Agreements, Tax-Exempt Bonds, Mark-to-Market and many other programs.
Kathleen received a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Finance from Georgia State University.
