Keith Rosso

Managing Director of Mortgage Banking

Keith Rosso is a Managing Director in Berkadia’s Los Angeles office. He joined Berkadia in 2021 and is responsible for originating debt and structure finance transactions nationally across all property types. During the course of his career, Keith has closed over 250 transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion in volume. Notable transactions include $172.9 million in Fannie Mae financing for 14 multifamily properties, totaling 1,334 units, located throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Rosso was a Director within the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets. He previously spent time on the loan origination teams of Argentic Investment Management and Société Générale. Mr. Rosso started his career in at AllianceBernstein in New York as an Associate on the Commercial Real Estate Credit Research team and focused on evaluating investment opportunities in the commercial-mortgage-backed securities sector.

Mr. Rosso holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
