Melissa Koppel is the Vice President - Originations with Berkadia Affordable Housing. Melissa has over 15 years of multifamily experience having worked for Citi Community Capital prior to joining Berkadia. While at Citi, she served as a Senior Underwriter where she underwrote over $1 billion in construction and agency loans. Melissa is responsible for executing and originating transactions for Berkadia Dallas. Since beginning her career in multifamily real estate, Melissa has been involved with the financing of over $3 billion in loans.
