Mike Riley joined Berkadia as a Director with Atlanta Investment Sales in 2021, working with Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays. Over the course of his career, Mike has been directly involved in the sale of nearly 200 multifamily properties representing an aggregate sales volume of $2.5B.
Mike spent the first five years of his career with The Multifamily Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield covering the state of Georgia and later went on to join the Atlanta Multifamily team at Franklin Street. With Berkadia he will be specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in the secondary and tertiary markets of Georgia, where he has already been directly involved in nearly $400 million worth of transactions.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Elon University where he walked on to the football team his freshman year.
