Debt and Equity for Projects of All Shapes and Sizes
Nick Nicholson has been arranging debt and equity financing for clients from California to Puerto Rico since 2005. Mr. Nicholson has underwritten and originated in excess of $1 billion in debt and equity for a variety of property types. Nick has extensive experience with FHA/HUD loan programs, including refinancing, new construction and acquisitions for multifamily, senior housing and hospital/healthcare properties.
Prior to business school Nick was an associate in the private client asset management groups at Lehman Brothers and Bank of America. Before rejoining Berkadia, Nick spent five years as a managing director at Cain Brothers, arranging debt and equity financing and M&A transactions for health care providers across the US.
Mr. Nicholson holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A from Georgetown University. Nick resides in McLean, VA with his wife and four daughters.
