Associate Director of Mortgage Banking
Nick Provost is an Associate Director in the Los Angeles office. Since joining Berkadia in 2016, Mr. Provost has participated in the origination, underwriting and processing of more than $2.0 billion of debt, equity and mezzanine transactions. Prior to joining Berkadia, Nick was an associate at LoanCore Capital focusing on the underwriting of CMBS, balance sheet and mezzanine loans across all asset classes. During his tenure at LoanCore, Mr. Provost underwrote and analyzed more than $1.5 billion in transaction volume. Prior to LoanCore, Mr. Provost held positions at Capital Crossing Servicing Company, Citizens Financial Group and Arbor Commercial Mortgage.
