Patrick McGlohn is a Senior Managing Director for Berkadia’s mortgage banking platform and serves as the office leader for the DC Metro office. In his role, Patrick arranges debt and equity for multifamily and commercial real estate investors. Prior to joining Berkadia, McGlohn was at PGIM Real Estate (asset management business of Prudential Financial), where he served as Executive Director. With over 20 years of experience, Patrick has completed transactions on a broad range of asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and self-storage. During his career, he has closed more than $15 billion of multifamily and commercial transactions throughout the United States.
Patrick graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance with concentrations in Risk Management and Accounting. Patrick is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA® Institute). He is a founding member of the Industry Advisory Board for Virginia Tech’s Blackwood Department of Real Estate, an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, and an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Patrick, his wife, and three children reside in Arlington, VA. In his spare time, he enjoys family time, traveling, and spending time on the Chesapeake Bay.
