Managing Director of HUD/FHA Loans
Paul Matusiak is a Managing Director with Berkadia and has been part of its HUD/FHA team for the past 15 years. He is responsible for originating HUD-insured loans for property owners throughout the Midwest. He has experience across all HUD mortgage insurance programs including refinance, acquisition, and construction loans for market rate, affordable and healthcare properties.
