Senior Managing Director of Mortgage Banking
Richard Levine, Senior Managing Director of Mortgage Banking, manages all mortgage banking activities for Berkadia’s Atlanta office. He raises capital for all product types through Berkadia's extensive relationships with numerous capital sources including life companies, agencies and CMBS lenders, and also sources Berkadia's proprietary bridge and equity capital. The team works hand-in-hand with Berkadia's Investment Sales in Atlanta which finances multi-family acquisitions throughout the entire southeast. Since 2016, $625 million in transactions have closed or are currently under application.
