Director of Mortgage Banking

With over a decade’s experience in Agency Lending, Ronnie Cavalieri serves as a Director of Mortgage Banking out of Boston.

Ronnie joined Berkadia in April 2021 from Capital One, where he had been managing GSE Small Loan production since helping launch their platform in 2015.  Before Small Loans, Ronnie’s time at Capital One (and formerly Beech Street Capital) consisted of a wide range of roles across Originations, Underwriting, and Direct-to-Broker Relationship Management.  Ronnie also began his career with stops at Marcus & Millichap and Arbor Commercial Mortgage, and has a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.
