Scott Kaesshaefer

Scott Kaesshaefer is an Associate Director with Berkadia in the Philadelphia, PA office. Scott has been with Berkadia since 2017 and specializes in HUD and Agency financing, with a focus on multifamily, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Prior to joining the HUD Originations team, Scott was a Vice President on Berkadia’s GSE Production Team, assisting in more than $2 billion of Fannie Mae transactions.

Scott began his career in commercial real estate with Willis Towers Watson in New York on the Real Estate & Hospitality team. Scott is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland and is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Urban Land Institute.
