Associate Director of Mortgage Banking

Thomas Rodriguez joined Berkadia in 2022 as an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking working with Rob Doxsee and Michael Manolides out of Bellevue, WA. Alongside his partners, Thomas specializes in multifamily lending providing loans on behalf of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, banks, life companies, and debt funds. Prior to working at Berkadia, Thomas served 6.5 years in the United States Air Force as a Tactical Air Control Party Officer, advising Army Commanders on the best utilization of Air Force assets and leading a team of 30 qualified Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTACs).
