With more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, Director TJ Piper brings a wide range of expertise to Berkadia’s Philadelphia Mortgage Banking team, for whom he has played an integral role since 2014. Throughout a distinguished career marked by diligence and attention to detail, TJ has built an extensive resume of outstanding accomplishments, including the origination of more than $5 billion of debt, $150 million of equity placement and $350 million of multifamily acquisition.

TJ earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Pennsylvania State University.
